Nice, I remember these were 30$ 2 years ago on Amazon but hasn't been that price since.

Lot cheaper than one of those universal ones they charge $300+ for.

I usually pick up STD/OLYMP weights from Play it Again Sports. Not much goes wrong with a slab of iron. You can talk them down but I can usually get weight for 59 cents a pound. Sometimes I make them give it to me for 50 cents a pound. Craigs is also a good resource at times but most want too much per pound.

For the expensive style with the handles I will pay 89 cents a pound for them but only on 35/45lb plates. Sometimes they will give me them for 59 cents a pound too.

Been looking for a set like this, thanks.

Shipping was only 97 cents to my house so I just did that.

not too much of a problem, but these use the 2x6 lb weights
the set at amazon supposedly uses 2x5 lb weights to achieve 40 lbs, might be a bit easier if you want the standard 5lb increments, they're $10 more though so only worth it if the walmart deal ends
