I have the Kodak DC215 and the thing keeps shutting off like 10 seconds after you turn it on. I thought it was dead batteries so I just bought some brand new Sonys with the 60% extra power, but nothing, same thing. The zoom wont go in or out, and none of the buttons do anything either. The funny thing is if I slide the button over to preferences or review or connect it will stay on indefinetly but as soon as the slider bar goes to "capture" none of the buttons work, including the actual capture button, and it shuts off. Anyone have any ideads other than throw this POS in the trash?
Thanks

Thats what I was thinking dkozloski, its worth a shot.
Helznicht, I bought it over a year ago (barely) but the lady from kodak said if it is under like 14 months and I have proof of purchase they will repair it under warranty. I just hope I can dig up a receipt or credit card statement or something.
