I used to leave CNN all the time in the back ground years ago, it was because of that habit that i saw 911 just a few minutes after the first plane hit. I ended up watching it all day but any, it's complete trash now. I have a 60 inch plasma but the net just keeps me so informed that I NEVER watch tv, the occasional hockey game. Thats it. I even torrent Game of thrones rather than watch it and we still have cable $145 a month for cable and land line and internet.
