Can't view Profiles or send PMs

I'm fairly new here, posting mostly in FS/Trade forums, for the past few days, I have not been able to view user profiles or send PMs on my home system nor the system at my office. They have been working on my laptop and the system at my field office. I have checked all my settings in IE and they appear to all be the same.
I use Naviscope for popup blocking, could perhaps something there be disabling these features.
Any help would be appreciated as I have a few deals going with members & do not have their E-mail addys.

Yup. I use Webwasher and had to add anandtech.com to a non-filtered list before that stuff would work. Look around Naviscope, there's probably a similar feature.
 
Check to make sure you are logged in, those are the services not available if browsing w/o logging in. (At least the PM one, not sure about the profiles)
