can't use DVI with Fedora Core 4

Hi, I bought a new Samsung 214T with DVI input, but I cannot get a video signal through DVI. I am running Fedora Core 4, and the my video card is an nVidia Quadro 4. Any ideas?

have you installed the drivers from nvidia's website? i think they have separate ones for the quadros under linux but im not sure

Ok, solved the problem. I had to have the monitor plugged into the DVI port at boot time. Previously, I had the monitor plugged in via an analog DB-15 adapter while booting and then switched over to DVI.
