Can't use DVD-Drive

Hello
I can't use dvd-drive
When i click eject , i have the below error and then hidden!
But in BIOS this dvd-drive is known.
Win 7 service pack 1 . 64 bit
I uninstall driver and restart,but it doesn't solve the problem.

Looks like you have two different drive letters. I would use admin tools/comp mgt/disk mgt and get the drive letters straightened out. Normal letter for DVD is E. If that doesn't work, remove the drive and reinstall it.

Now i don't have any dvd-drive!
Just when put one dvd into dvd drive and go ro the below link(in the picture),it can work and knows dvd. :|

Please provide a listing of all drives in your system according to Admin Tools, Comp Mgt, Disk Mgt. That will show where your OS is trying to reach your devices.

If the drive is disappearing from the system it's possible that it needs to be replaced. Do you have another drive that you can install into your system or can you try the drive in another system to see if the behavior is the same?

My rationale for pursuing drive letter assignment is because OP's 1st clip shows it as Drive I. Subsequent clips show it as Drive G. Windows normally assigns opticals as Drive E. My approach would be to find the drive in Control Panel and remove it. Then reboot and re-install it.

Puffinstuff's point is also a good one.
