Can't use Blender3D

I just downloaded Blender3d Creator and can't get the user interface to work right. First, it maximizes itself and won't let me resize. Then the whole thing just blurs the display whenever I move or click the mouse. Here's a pic. Any ideas on how to get it working?

^^ Any ideas. I've tried the 29.42 and 30.82 detonators on my GF3 as well as updated drivers for my TBSC
