Can't upload my WU?

Hi, as i am a bit new to all this:
If Seti Driver tells "6 to return 6 to fill" It means i can Upload and download 6 WU? But as i can reach this Forum, the Seti site and submittet some WU over the last days is this normal that i can't reach it for some time? Is this the reason for your Seti queue?

Well, berkely have been down some time today, so their connection is getting hammered..

Thats why we all try to use a SetiQueue
