Can't upload in bittorrent

I've always had trouble uploading with bittorrent on this computer. The Main computer (a couple rooms away) seems to upload fine.

I have the correct ports enabled, i'm pretty sure, so the router shouldn't be a problem. Only thing i can think of is that my software firewall (Zonealarm) is interfereing and not letting me upload near what i should be able to. Do i have to configure Zone Alarm to give me more upload, at least for bittorrent? If so, how would i go about doing that? Thanksies.

I have never heard of any problems like this (I just thought it took care of everything internally and if you were downloading it would share the file as needed). Could it be there is just not much demand for the files that you are seeding?
