Can't update the bit at the bottom

Hi,

Can ' t update the text at the bottom of my posts - it is a bit outdated now and slightly annoying.

I have switched off the sofware firewall, but the router (NAT) firewall stays on.
If it is a choice between firewalless and not having an updated, modern, stylish, flash, humerous, offensive - but not too offensive remark at the bottom of my posts, then so be it.

Any other ideas, or do the mods not like me?
 
Sorry - should add - I use Opera 8 -
is there a setting that anandtech is a bit precious about.
Everything else is fine
