Can't update profile...

For some reason my profile has reset some options - (like the time-zone) - and has cleared some others. If I attempt to change it, nothing happens - any alterations arn't saved...

Whatever the problem is - it isn't at my end - have tried with IE/Firefox/Opera etc - even with basic and permissive settings, but it's not happening....
 
If you'll type "profile" into the search box you'll see many threads about this. Hopefully your question will be answered in one of those.
If not, an advanced search for "profile" in Forum Issues brings up even more.
