can't update graphics driver

I have catalist 5.7, would like to try 5.9. When I try to download, it says secure site whose certificate is invalid. Is this windows/explorer problem?

Well that seems to me that it is most likely one of the Internet Explorer Security/Privacy Options. You could try reseting them to defualt or try another download site like http://neowin.net/comments.php?id=30571&category=software or search for catayst 5.9 i am sure u can find other links.
