Can't uninstall Chemoffice on Vista Business

I could successfully uninstall portions of the program suite, but uninstalling the whole thing won't work. I uninstall through control panel and it gets about halfway done and says "Internal error 2578" or something. Can I just go into regedit and get rid of the program through the registry, or will that royally bork my system?
 
Nevermind, it was an issue with vbscript.dll
If you have an internal error 2738, solution can be found here.

Uninstall worked fine afterwards.
