Hey guys,

I was trying to install my PalmConnect® USB Kit using the latest driver I could find online. When trying to install it, XP gave me a "this driver has not passed windows logo testing" warning, but I decided to proceed anyway. Well it turns out, the driver didn't end up working, even though palm says it should.

The problem I have now, is that whenever I try to uninstall it, XP won't let me. It says, "the device may be needed to boot the computer." And I can't update or install another driver. When I click finish on the add hardware wizard, the troubleshooter never pops up, so I can't even try installing it again.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks

Could you just do a search for the driver and then delete it. Look in Windows\System32. I just had to do
that with my GF3 drivers.
