Can't Uncheck this option in OUTLOOK (2007)!

It's under Tools/Customize/Options For OUTLOOK 2007

The check is there, the box is shaded, and it won't let me uncheck it. I've searched everywhere and can't find anything like this.

Any way around it? It's wasting a WHOLE line of space 🙂

ps i have office 2007
 
I'm assuming owner as I'm the only one on the pc and signed in as Admin and also I don't remember setting anything lower. I can do all other things and change all other options. This is the only thing I can't do.
