Can't transfer programs from IDE to SATA

I just recently RAIDed my two SATA hard drives and want to take all my old data from my IDE hard drive and put it on my new SATA drives. But everytime I try to it says that the hard drive configuration is messed up and that I should change it and then it restarts.

How can I take all the info from my old IDE drive and put it on my new SATA drives.
