can't transfer game saves bw profiles??

So i picked up a new 360, made a new profile to use the free month of live, and played madden on that profile.

Now i am back on my original profile (from the first 360 i sold) and I can't use the save files? If thats true, that is the stupidest file structure i have ever heard of.

Any ideas?
