Well it is the DaMoyn Register reporting about Altoona so... hard to talk with a mouth all stuffed full of food... not like to poor folks who can eat and talk easily.. right

The school I went to in Louisianna was like that. Only the teachers were allowed to talk.

What a bogus reason, it's been shown that kids are eating way too much as part of the Nationwide problem of Obesity, so are these Militant School Officials promoting a Fat Society?

If a kid is hungry they will eat what they want no matter how much they talk. However, if a kid is bored they will eat way more than they need to.
