cant stop laptop from going into sleep/hibernate

I have an Acer Satellite laptop that want on 24/7. But for some reason I can not prevent it from going into hibernation/sleep. Every setting in Win7 is set to "NEVER" and I don't seem to see any hibernation settings in the bios itself.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Look at the BIOS, and the Startup folder.

Many laptops has BIOS configurations, and manufacturer propriety software that overrides the Windows settings.

Yeah I looked in the BIOS and saw nothing.
This is a clean Win7 install, so there's no manufacture software starting up.
