Can't Start PC w/o doing CD-Rom Boot Priority?

help meee! yest i was fixing up my computer case (moving stuff around) and now i can't freakn boot to Windows unless i do boot priority to the cdrom

it hangs at the black screen if i try to boot normally 🙁

i have no freakn clue what i did, computer was off n everything. no reason why it should be screwed up.
 
Assuming you checked that all the cables are plugge din and the drives are in the right order and such?

Does BIOS detect all the drives without any problems?
