Cant Start NetBT Service

So for some reason I'm not sure why, NETBT service will no longer load on my pc. When I run nbtstat -r I get the erorr message Failed to Load Net BT Driver -- NetBT May Not Be Loaded.

Event log has the following error"
The NetBT service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

I've checked to make sure and under my TCP/IP settings NetBios is enabled. I've tried toggling it on and off and still no go. I've reset all my winsock settings from command line and still no go. I reinstalled ethernet drivers still nothing.

Ideas Help?
