Can't stand my A8N-E and need a replacement FAST!

Hey guys.

I'm so sick of ASUS I can barely breath. My A8N-E has gone through 3 fans and 4 BIOS chips...and now I'm nearly out of options. I just put in a new Opteron 170 which worked fine...then I thought to flash the Bios above 1010, since the website says you need at least 1011 for the new processor. I flashed it with the windows utility and everything went fine, but when I tried to boot up, it hangs on the Post screen. If I hit "del" right away, it will at least read "entering bios", but it never gets there. It just hangs. I've tried everything. I took everything out of the system and and still nothing.

Now I have to wait for another Bios...which will have the same effect...which will lead me to ask for an RMA, which will take weeks...and I just got my eVGA back from RMA! I can't take this.

So I'd like to replace this Motherboard. Here is what I need.

Nvidia RAID (since I've got 4 drives setup as my boot with no backup).
At least 4 SATA and 4 ATA, since that's how many devices I have.
Gbit LAN
Opteron 170 support
decent Overclocking
PCI-E 16x for 7800GTX
at least one additional PCI slot
I have 4 DDR RAM chips 512 each, 333MHz

thanks for any help.

Finally got the system to boot by using the ultra conservtive method.

1) Unplug everythng including all USB.
2) take out the battery
3) switch the CMOS jumper
4) unplug the power cable from the back
5) hold in the power button for 1 minute
6) reboot.

finally got the system to post. I'm running now...

let see how long that lasts.

Well, it went south again. I'm sending the Mainboard and probably some of the RAM in for replacement on Monday to see if that help. In the mean time, I'm still shopping. Anyone have a thought?

A8N32-SLI Deluxe is what i have for my Opty, & i'm sure you can find it used for cheap, since many are switching from it to C2D setups.
