I purchased the DS-263n and initial installation on XP went without a hitch. The monitor was installed as a PnP monitor and I then found the driver for this model on the DS website and installed that driver.
Here is where I had my problem. The monitor will not go into sleep mode, or maybe I should say stay. The monitor will indicate "no signal" DVI D1. Then cycle through the other connections and come back to D1 and turn back on. Although the manual indicated DDC/CI is on by default, it was not. I entered the OSD and changed this setting to "ON" but it does not affect the operation.
Anyone had similar problems? Suggestions?
