Was in a similar boat last night, although much different worries. Downside is I'd been running off little sleep the night before that, result is I slept in until 6pm last evening. Now it's 6 AM and I'm groggy as fuck but can't sleep.![]()
just finished a nice jog. now to make up any calories I lost with 8000 calories of Thanksgiving food.
:hmm:I enjoy jogging myself, but I could NEVER get up that early for jogging.
