Can't Setup Visio 5.0 under XP

I am trying to install Visio 5.0 under XP Pro. When I try to run the autorun program or the setup nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try rebooting and attempting the install before running any other apps? I've had problems like your when there were things hanging around in memory after I closed them down.

If that doesn't work, try running the setup file from a command prompt and see if it gives an error.
