Cant set the SDRAM Command rate on my MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI

Has anyone ever had this problem. I want to verify the command rate is set to 1T as I have heard AMD doesn't handle 2T very well. However when I go to the cell menu in my bios and go to where my manual says the option is... It simply isn't there. I have looked online and see no mention of this bug. Has anyone seen this before.
