cant set my cely to 133 on an Abit BL7

Ill first take the time to admit my ignorance in the Intel side of things. That being said, I just bought a refurb ABit BL7-RAID and a new retail Cely 1.7 socket 478.

I cant get the cely to set at 133 bus speed. The only factory BIOS settings are 100 fsb, and when I try to manually set to 133 x whatever it wont reboot.

Any help is appreciated. Thx

Also, Im running a Thermalright AX-478 with a moderate flow 80mm fan. The proc is running at 135F (something like 54c) Is that normal for this proc. I thought they ran pretty cool. Oh and there is pretty decent system cooling as well.

500 mhz overclock is less than a lot are getting. And Im just trying to get some decent performance out of this peice of crap
