Can't seem to get my Vista toolbar to show up again...

When I first got this laptop, I made the whole toolbar at the top of the screen go away (cant remember how) with the recycle bin and all that stuff now I can't figure out how to bring it back so I can empty the recycle bin and what not. How do I get that to return?
 
Ah yes, thats it. I thought I just closed it, but I can't seem to find it anymore... I'll play around with it somemore.....
 
I found it LOL. I thought it would be buried deep in the control panel areas of windows, but it was in my start menu all along. LOL. Its' my first Vista machine, I'm still figgurin' it out.
