can't see Settings>>Advanced>>"Displays" options

Hello,

Can some one help me why i cannot see the DISPLAY options under
Settings>>Advanced>>

Do i need to reinstall something to make this TAB "DISPLAY" available ...

NAME = ATI RANGE Mobility 128(english)
TYPE = M3 33MHG(AGP), ATI Compatible
Driver ver : 5.12.1.1064

I tried to install the latest driver also, still there change..I can't see the DISPLAY TAB

THe year and model of my laptop is
Dell latitude / 600 - 2001 year
 
Right click in the desktop-->properties-->settings-->Advanced

I only see some tabs like General, Adapter, Monitor, TroubleShooting..

I am not seeing some other tabs like Display, color, etc..
