Can't see POST information or enter setup?

Brand new machine, DFI Lanparty NF4 Mobo, AMD 4400 CPU. Initially I was able to see all of the POST info, but now the screen is blank until the mouse curser comes up. I can't even enter the bios screen. If I keep pushing delete hoping to hit the right spot the machine freezes. I was doing something the bios earlier but do not remember changing anything that would effect this. Thew machine also seems a bit slow on start up today. I did add some programs and drivers today.

You can try resetting the CMOS.
That will force the BIOS to come up.
(remember to remove the power cord before clearing)
