Can't see my favorites in IE

My favorites are sitting there in the /Documents and Settings/Username/Favorites folder, but they don't show up in IE (this is after I uninstalled AOL and Earthlink software). How do I get IE to point to them?

Actually, I lost alot of my bookmarks, turns out that Earthlink had me set up into their own folder, and what I found was stuff from about a year ago. Stupid proprietary software! :|
