anyone ever have a problem with the epox 8kha+ board not showing anything when you boot up? all i have in there is the memory (kingston 128 DDR), cpu (athlon 1700), and video card (TNT2 Riva). the case fan, the motherboard fan, the video card fan, the heatsink, and the power supply fan all start spinning but i see nothing on the screen. any suggestions?
 
Unfortunately, it's a common issue with 8KHA+ boards. I'd try perhaps setting the 100/133 FSB jumper to 100 and seeing if it will POST then. After that, flash to the latest BIOS revision and cross your fingers. I've had zero luck with several 8KHA+ boards now. Also see what BIOS chip is in your board -- N+ is supposedly good, but I haven't any luck with L, K, or N+ chips.
 
this is a common problem? that makes me feel really good about purchasing the 8kha+ =/
