Can't See Anything on my laptop Monitor. Verrry Dark

I can barely see anthing while writing this, so forgive me if I make any typing errors. I am using a laptop that I bought from cyber power systems(fomerly inc.). It has worked fine for a while, as in a year or so. However, rigt now, the screen is extremely dark. The Function F8/F9 buttons do not do anything. It has happened before, but it just went away by itself I believe. No idea what to do. I'll brely be able to read responses lol. Any help VERY appreciated.

I'd look at replacing the LCD inverter.

Go and get the backlight replaced at a repair store.
