cant see administrative tools in windows 2000

something weird happened to my server. I dont monitor the server very often (I am a backup) but the Administrative tools icons are gone. I can open the folder in C:\WINNT\Profiles\namehere\Desktop\Administrative Tools but I dont see anything... Is there a way I can repair the icons to get them back to normal? Thanks for the help in advance.
 
I know Xp is different,
but would there be something like it here:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools

What about:
c:\winnt\Desktop
Is there anything there?

How about new shortcuts
