my computer stopped being able to browse the internet (connected to my router, says signal is very good but can't browse). i wanted to see if i was even getting an ip address but when i ran ipconfig i got the insufficient system resources error.
i read an MS article that that to:
1.Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup
3.Click the LogLevel value in the right pane.4.Type 0 in the Value data field, and then click OK.5.Restart the computer.
has anyone else had this issue?
also when i plug the cable directly into the computer (cable modem straight to ethernet jack) my internet still doesn't work. all of my internet adapters (wireless and ethernet) look happy in the device manager.
any ideas?
