cant run disk defragmenter

I used chkdsk in RUN, but I get an error

Don't know what you want - CHKDSK is not a defragger.

if you get an error on chkdsk, try running it like this

chkdsk /r

when It prompts you to run it on the next restart tell it yes(or ok) then restart you computer, it will repair any inconsistancies with your data, free space, and descriptors.
