Can't run 3DMark 2001 on GeForce2 MX?

I've tried running detonator 5.45, 7.x, 10.x, 11.x, and 12.00, and none of these drivers work...Whenever I run 3DMark2K1 it gives me a warning box saying:

3DMark 2001 requires a DirectX 8 compatible 3D Accelerator.
We Recommend that you upgrade your computer or test your PC with an older version of 3DMark.

From what I've seen, other people with a Geforce2 MX, GTS, PRO, ultra, and even a TNT2 were able to run 3DMark2001.

Whats wrong? I'm running Dx8a.

I'm one of those "other people" who is using a GF2MX card and not having any problems running 3DMK01. "Nature" doesn't run, but that's normal.

I'm using Det6.50 and have not tried any others.

Sorry, I don't have a specific solution to offer. I'm assuming you used the proper procedure for changing drivers.

I just got my GF3 and I got that same message with 3DMark 2001. I would say there is another problem here. I havn't had but 45 min or so to troubleshoot it, but I just thought I'd mention I got the same silly message.
