there was a case i saw that had the power supply mounted on the bottom. And the motherboard was reversed as well..

This is not like the P-180.. in that case the motherboard is left in it standard config and the psu is mounted on the bottom. The mb powercord has to reach in these types to work

anyone know what case it is?

I think the Aerocool Masstige is one. And I think there is aonther Aerocool that has that too, basically the same with a different front on it.
