i don't remember very much of it. it was on network tv in the late 1980s, i think it was on nbc in the evening. i only saw it a couple of times so it's probably not a movie.
it was a group of outlaws, like the A team. they drove around in a 18 wheeler that stored a bunch of weapons some guns some blades, possibly had motorcycles as well. the truck was black, and i think the trailer was black too or metallic silver. the scenario was present day, maybe slightly into the future, everyone seemed to wear leather clothing. have images of a guy with a metallic head. might've only been shaved though.
some of the scenes i remember, are trying to get into a fortified warehouse/base and ramming their semi truck into the base. also actions scenes between various vehicles on the highway, where they had blades on the hub caps. seem to imagine a guy taking the blades on the hub cap, walking around the truck then slicing up a bunch of guys. all the scenes occured at night.
