Can't redeem voucher at buy.com

I am trying to use the $30 off $150 and it just won't add. Is anybody else having this problem?

as far as I know, only two coupons are alive now. $10 off $30 for new customers and $30 off $150 for all customers. check out here

Make sure.. obviously that your order is 150$ or more.

You have to call it in. I had to this afternoon. The CSR stated he had been getting calls all day about the 30/150 coupon.
