Can't really go into Windows setup screen ** PLEASE HELP! **

I just solved my bootable Windows XP CD problems. Ok now I can use the CD to boot into setup process. Once the disc boot up it loads stuff and then on the bottom bar shows "Setup is starting Windows", which now should go into a real setup process. Partition, license agreement etc. But, that's it. That's the last screen and sentence that I saw for Windows XP setup. I never really went into it. I am wondering what is the problem.

I was trying to change some settings in BIOS but it didn't help at all.
Please help me!
