Can't read CD-RW disc--but can write??

Weird problem--I can write to a CD-RW disc using CDRWIN, but when I try to open the disc in Explorer, I get a "please insert disc" error message. What's going on??
 
Sounds like after you wrote to the cd-rw you didn't "close" it. Without closing it and making it readable by cd-rom's, you won't be able to read it.
