Cant print darn picture

Okay heres my situation need to print 1x2 inch picture in exact this size on 4x6 paper, i own photoshop, acdsee, nothing works ffs i killed half of my paper and i am short at ink already, cant get it working!

What the heck is portrait and landscape i cant get this crap working, how i print this crap on the paper step by setp guide please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, what kind of printer do you have, depending on the printer there may be printer settings that you have to change in order to do this.

Man i have some Epson photo printer.

My main question is basically how should i place 4x6 paper in printer, landscape or portrait or it dephends of settings?

Because when i was putting it portrait way it did not work because paper is not really flat.
