For some reason, the comment box is missing in Chrome, it works fine with edge. I have adblock disabled in chrome and use the most recent versions. See screenshots.

What other browser extensions are you running with Chrome? I've experienced no such problems, and have not seen any reports like this, so all signs point to something on your end for now.
