Can't post pictures for the life of me

Ever since the switch to VB, I haven't be able to use pictures. I have pictures hosted on my MobileMe account and every time I put in the public URL, a little box with a torn picture shows up. This is under OS X 10.6 and Firefox 3.5. I've also tried with Safari and the box shows a question mark in a box. I must be doing something wrong but can't figure it out.

I'm going to restart in Windows 7 and see if I can do it from there. I'll post again with results.

Have you tried other places other then your MobileMe account?

Could be a issue with them.

What you linked to isn't a *image file*, but rather a web page containing the image. BTW I could see your link only because I had images turned off in my profile.

What you need to do is to link to the *image file* e.g. http://gallery.me.com/alevasseur14/100034/IMG_0007_2/web.jpg?ver=12444220130001

Just right click the image and choose "Copy image location" in Firefox. e.g.

Wow! I feel really dumb now! The one I posted is from Flicr so I'll try MobileMe now just to make sure I've got it. Thanks for the help!!!
