can't post comments on youtube vids

Once I finish typing a comment I hit the post button and it just grays out as if it's doing something but never does. True for Opera and IE... true for multiple videos... yes I'm logged in. Been this way for a very long time and I finally thought to post about it. Happen to anyone else or know why?
