Can't play games online but internet works fine.

My Internet works perfectly fine. But I keep getting kicked from all my games due to "lost packets", and if I'm not kicked for that - I simply cannot sign in online on other games.

Can anyone explain this? Thanks.

We tried resetting the router/modem and everything.
 
Go to start > run > cmd and then type into the command prompt "ping yahoo.com -t" and do this over a period of say 1 hr or so and then hit ctrl + c and see how many lost packets you've had.
