can't partition!! HELP!!

hey guys......i'm trying to create a new partition on my 14 gig hard drive so i can install win2k. i have one partition on it so far (like a 200 meg partition). i have more than enough free space to make a new partition. yet it won't let me

anyone have any idea why? i'm trying to use partition magic 5 pro to make the new partition. i can succesfully delete my old partitions, yet i can't make a new one. why?? it just says that it failed (when i run the wizard and stuff, it says that after i select which drives it can take space from)

any help would be appreciated. thanks

Ok......i solved the problem

when i selected under partition magic that it is for a new operating system, it listed my hard driver as having like 20 or 200 gig (forgot which one)

anyways, i selected just a normal partition the following time (so not for an operating system), and it displayed everything right and everything worked

anyone have any idea why this is?
 
personaly I think version 5 has a bug in it when i tried using it for something it didnt' quite work right either version 4 an 6 no problems
