Can't overvolt Gigabyte EP45-DS3L *solved*

I'm using a Q6600. I have my voltage set to 1.3V, and cpu-z was report 1.136. I thought it was the typical voltage droop produced by the PSU, so I ramped it up to 1.5V in the bios, and cpu-z is still reporting 1.136V.

Is there a setting that locks the voltage?

What motherboard you got. You can do a Pencil Mod so whatever is shows in BIOS same will show in OS.

There's gotta be a option your not seeing.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The EasyTune software I had installed was overriding the BIOS settings.
