Can't overlock anymore?

I just got a CUSL2 mb to use my P3 600 on. I could easily get it to 800 on my Tyan Trinity 400 with the stock hsf unit and I can still do so on my CUSL2. I put an Alpha PAL6035 on it with a very loud fan that works well. My problem is that I can't really get it much higher than 133. I tried at 140Mhz and Win2k crashes on start up. Is this as high as this CPU is going to go? Should I put a quieter fan on my hsf unit since the loud one isn't helping much with getting it faster?

Thanks,
David

switch to a panaflow fan... almost just as good as the Delta (which you probably have now) and it is literally silent. I even put one in my powersupply via saudering iron....I now have a stealth PC muahaha

Well, I actually have a high-speed ADDA fan on it. I didn't think it would be THAT loud. The PanaFlo puts out 12CFM at like 20 or 24db. ADDA makes a fan that puts out 13CFM at 16db. I went with the ADDA fan because it has a lower db rating and higher CFM. We'll see how it goes. Can anyone help me with the overclocking issue? How can I get it to go faster?

Thanks,
David
